National Employer Service

The National Employer Service (NES) is here to help large companies and organisations make sense of Government skills strategy, the key players involved and to understand the support available for workforce development.

We aim to be the catalyst for large employers to take ownership of, and invest in, the skills of their workforce. We currently work with more than 80 large employers, providing independent, impartial advice and support to McDonalds, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, BAE Systems , British Gas, Vodafone and Royal Mail.
