Quality

NES provide support to new and existing employers in a variety of ways outlined below. Should you feel you have any requirements please speak to your Account Manager in the first instance:

Call Off Support

NES retains the use of call off contractors who can work with employers to help them develop and improve their systems and processes and can also offer support and mentor employer staff to help them understand and take on responsibility.

Provider Support Funding

PSF support is agreed in the Development Plan and relates to the key activities and developments agreed in the plan. The focus for its use remains on supporting employer capacity-building activity.

Workshop Programme

Regular and ad-hoc events. Speak to your Account Manager for the latest workshops or visit our events page to find out about scheduled events for new employers.

External Support

Utilising the LSC’s links with other bodies where appropriate, in particular the Quality Improvement Agency (QIA).

Resource Development

Speak to your Account Manager about specific support for your programme delivery, including the growth and management of suppliers.
