1/8/2008    NES wins bureaucracy busting paperwork battle

Many large companies have said that they could more readily engage in the Skills Agenda if systems were more Information Technology (I.T.) based. As part of the NES commitment to cutting red tape we have been lobbying for the introduction of an electronic platform for large employers to support learner data.

With this in mind, we are delighted to announce a new a paperless environment with learner details verified by comparing them with an extract from the employer’s payroll or HR system. This should match an employee number and return key data such as the learner name, address, DOB, and NI number.
